Do you supply custom hydraulic cylinders to the UK?
Yes — the United Kingdom is one of our active export markets. Custom cylinders under our WIPO-registered Hydrocyl™ brand are engineered and manufactured in İzmir, Türkiye and shipped to UK OEMs and end users in ISPM-15 heat-treated crates, typically in under 10 weeks ex-works.
Do you have a UK office?
Yes — our engineering office is at Building 3, Chiswick Park, London W4 (+44 20 8899 6000). Quotations, drawing reviews and project follow-up run in London hours; factory visits in İzmir are fifteen minutes from the airport and welcome by appointment.
What sizes and standards can you manufacture?
Standard manufacture covers bores Ø25–400 mm, rods Ø16–280 mm and strokes to 4,000 mm; project builds reach Ø1,000 mm bore, 12,000 mm stroke and 400 bar. Designs follow ISO 6020-1, ISO 6020-2 (CETOP tie-rod), ISO 6022 (round-flange heavy duty) and fully welded constructions.
How is quality documented for UK buyers?
Every cylinder is 100% pressure-tested to ISO 10100 — at working pressure and 1.5× working pressure — and ships with a signed, serialised test certificate. Welding is certified to EN ISO 3834-2 with NDT Level II inspection; the company holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
